PicTiles privacy policy
PicTiles: Photo Puzzle · Version 1.18 and later · Updated 26 September 2026
DIEM develops PicTiles. This page explains information used by the game and its service providers. You can play without creating an account. Contact us at support@emredilek.com.
Progress and downloaded pictures
Your unlocked levels, preferences, purchase entitlement and downloaded pictures are stored on your device. PicTiles does not provide its own account-based cloud progress service. Your operating system may include app data in its backups. Pictures and content lists download from Google Firebase Storage. Network services process technical request information, including IP addresses, to deliver content and operate securely.
Optional gameplay statistics
In version 1.18, gameplay statistics are off until you choose “Allow statistics.” If enabled, Google Analytics for Firebase receives app and device information and an app-instance identifier, together with events about level starts and completions, playing time, moves, picture previews, sessions, loading problems, shop offers, purchase results and advertising activity. These help us understand difficulty, interruptions and whether purchases work.
We do not add names, email addresses, payment-card details, purchase receipts or purchase tokens to our custom gameplay events. We do not enable advertising personalization through Firebase Analytics. Analytics reports may include broad device, language, operating-system and approximate regional information. Optional statistics describe consenting installations; they are not a complete count of everyone who plays.
Change this choice in Settings → Privacy. Turning statistics off stops future optional game events and clears the game's local unsent event queue and session checkpoint. It does not automatically delete information already processed by a service provider.
Advertising
PicTiles uses Google AdMob to display banner and interstitial ads. Google's advertising services can process IP addresses and approximate location, device or advertising identifiers, ad interactions, and technical diagnostics to deliver and measure advertising and prevent fraud. Available ads and data use depend on region, device settings and consent choices. When required, Google's consent form appears before ad requests. Advertising privacy choices are available from Settings → Privacy when Google's consent system requires that entry point. On supported Apple devices, tracking authorization is requested separately.
The optional Remove Ads purchase disables PicTiles' banner and interstitial advertising once the entitlement is recognized. It does not automatically change your separate gameplay-statistics choice.
Purchases and support
Apple App Store or Google Play processes payments. Unity In-App Purchasing connects the game to the store so it can recognize completed purchases and restore the Remove Ads entitlement. DIEM does not receive your payment-card details. If you contact support, we receive the information you choose to send and use it to answer your request.
Your choices and retention
Clear app data or uninstall to remove local game data, subject to your operating system's backup behavior. Reset or limit advertising identifiers using device privacy settings. Service providers retain information according to their settings and policies, including requirements for operating their services and preventing fraud. For access or deletion requests, contact us; we may need enough information to locate the relevant record. Because PicTiles has no player account, we may be unable to identify a particular analytics installation from an email address alone.
Audience and service providers
PicTiles is intended for a general audience aged 13 and over and is not directed at children under 13. If you believe a child has supplied personal information to DIEM, contact us so we can investigate.
Our providers may process information in countries other than yours. Read their policies: Google, Firebase, Unity, and Apple.
We may update this policy when the game or its services change. The date above identifies this version.
